Mixing Process of Factice in any Rubber Compound

Stage of addition of Factice:

  • When the basic polymer has been masticated properly and mooney viscosity of the base polymer has gone down.
  • ↓
  • Open the Hopper, And the right dosage of Factice, Close the hopper and masticate for 2-3 min.
  • ↓
  • Now open the hopper and observe the uniform mixing of factice with base polymer.
  • ↓
  • Now continue the further mixing procedure as per the sequence.

Compatible with NBR, PVC-NBR, NEOPRENE, BUTYL, HYPALON, SBR, NR etc.

Printing rollers, Textile cots and apron, oil seals, soft colored natural rubber products, cork sheets, tennis balls, shoe soles, rubber mats, Hydraulic hoses, LPG hoses, all nitrile and PVC-Nitrile molded products, light colored bicycle tires etc.

Partly extractable, Compatible with NR, SBR, NBR, PVC-NBR, NEOPRENE, EPDM. Can partly replace expensive plasticizers like DOP.

Gives very good scorch safety in NEOPRENE and effectively controls blooming in EPDM.

Suggested Uses

Bicycle tubes, Auto tubes, Natural rubber hoses, Water hoses, Neoprene hoses, EPDM profiles, Automobile door seals, In printing rollers for low shore hardness, sponge rubber etc.
