Unipol a REACH Compliant Product
Properties:
Unipol comes in a bale form.
Unipol is a long chain agro base polymer.
Unipol is Compatible with Nitrile, PVC-Nitrile, Natural Rubber.
Can be blended in 5 to 30 phr proportion depending upon the final properties required.
Reduces cost of compound.
Characteristic Applications:
During Compounding and Before Curing:
Imparts Good Building Tack to the Compound.
Improves Mold flow.
Improves Self Adhesion , hence advisable for Rubber to Cord Adhesion Applications.
Enhances Filler Loading Capacity of the compound.
After Curing:
Non Extractable, Non Migrating additive, Thus Improves After Aging Properties.
Gives shiner surface finish to the final product.
Mixing Process of Unipol in any Rubber Compound
Stage of addition of Unipol:
- When the basic polymer has been masticated properly and mooney viscosity of the base polymer has gone down.
- ↓
- Open the Hopper, And the right dosage of Unipol, Close the hopper and masticate for 2-3 min.
- ↓
- Now open the hopper and observe the uniform mixing of Unipol with base polymer.
- ↓
- Now continue the further mixing procedure as per the sequence.
